India is full of talent. However, what many people need is the opportunity to hone the talent and turn it
into livelihood. At Beekay Steel, we consider it our corporate responsibility to provide such
opportunities, particularly to the unfortunate and underprivileged. We therefore put aside a portion of
profits from businesses to serve social causes, especially in health-care, education and environment,
which are fundamental to quality of life. We also directly assist several NGO's, such as the 'Friends of
Tribal Society', which serve underprivileged sections of the population.
The Savitri Devi Bansal Charitable Trust undertakes Beekay Steel's Corporate Social Responsibility
programmes. The in-house Trust is managed entirely by the Company and dedicated in serving society.
